Corporate Governance is a communication task which is second to none. It has legal, financial and personal implications. In the first place, however, these different governing aspects apply for integration. Potential conflicting objectives could only be communicated in an integrated system. We consider Corporate Governance the norm, which allows management to apply for legacy or their business conduct and judgement towards all stakeholders.
In such a communicative perspective, Corporate Governance is the overall requirement for transparency. It is perceived in the light of controlling the true and fair value of a corporation. Subsequently, Corporate Reporting and Corporate Reputation form the main value measurement triangle together with Corporate Controlling. But transparency also demands appropriate Corporate Leadership on the basis of a well defined Corporate Strategy. The latter two provide guidance for the communication with stakeholders.
