Corporate Leadership

There are many aspects to Corporate Leadership, but all of them have one common denominator: Explanation! If leaders can not communicate, they can not explain their strategy. Corporate Leadership is about guidance, pictures or statements, letters or speeches, objectives, executations and sanctions, etc.

Corporate Leadership starts with a twinkle in the eye and ends with respect for each other. In between there is a lot to do for communications – in particular through shaping messages for receivers and collecting the feedback for a better understanding of the stakeholders of a corporation.

Thus, leadership demands communications, because explanations require an exchange of views. Therefore, it demands a comprehensive structure and process for the relations with stakeholders. Do they understand the explanation? And what do they have to say about it?
